Jimmy Gressier being investigated for sexual harassment

Jimmy Gressier, a 5,000m runner, is under investigation for sexual harassment. The athlete “*has already been asked to explain himself to the sports authorities*,” said his lawyer, Antoine Maisonneuve.

“*He disputes the facts and reserves his explanations for the justice*,” he added to AFP. On September 5, the athlete Claire Palou, questioned by this commission, had notably reported acts of sexual harassment that allegedly took place at the Insep, in the heart of the Bois de Vincennes.

According to *L’Équipe*, Claire Palou claims that Jimmy Gressier, one of her training partners, had inappropriate behavior or remarks after a past consensual relationship.
